Παρουσίαση του πρότυπου Eurepgap για άνθη και καλλωπιστικά φυτά.

Abstract

Στο πρώτο μέρος αυτής της εργασίας αναφέρονται συνοπτικά γενικά εισαγωγικά στοιχειά για την Ανθοκομία. Στο δεύτερο μέρος δίνονται πληροφορίες αλλά και στατιστικά στοιχεία για τη διάρθρωση της Ελληνικής Ανθοκομίας και γίνεται λεπτομερής αναφορά στη σημερινή υπάρχουσα κατάσταση της παγκόσμιας Ανθοκομίας. Στο τρίτο γίνεται αναφορά στο Σύστημα Ολοκληρωμένης ∆ιαχείρισης Ανθοκομικών Φυτών, στους λόγους που οδήγησαν στην υιοθέτηση αυτού του νέου συστήματος καλλιέργειας. Αναφέρεται η EUREP, στο πώς ιδρύθηκε και λειτουργεί και στο ήδη εφαρμοζόμενο πρότυπό της για τα Φρούτα και Λαχανικά στην Ευρώπη αλλά και στην Ελλάδα. Στο τέταρτο μέρος παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά οι Απαιτήσεις και οι Συστάσεις του EUREP για την εφαρ‘ογή του προτύπου σε ʼνθη και Καλλωπιστικά Φυτά (Σημεία Ελέγχου και Κριτήρια Συμμόρφωσης). Επίσης δίνονται κάποια στοιχεία για τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εφαρμόζεται ήδη το πρότυπο EUREPGAP για τα ανθη και τα Καλλωπιστικά Φυτά (EUREPGAP Flower And Ornamentals) τόσο στην Ευρώπη όσο και στην Αφρικανική Ήπειρο. Στο πέμπτο και τελευταίο μέρος γίνονται υποθέσεις με σκοπό να δοθούν οι προεκτάσεις για τις δυνατότητες εφαρμογής του προτύπου στο μέλλον στην Ελλάδα και οι προοπτικές της Ελληνικής Ανθοκομίας μέσα από το πλαίσιο εφαρμογής τέτοιων συστημάτων ποιότητας.

In the first part of this essay, some general introductive information is concisely referred to Floriculture. In the second part, statistical data are given about the structure of Greek Floriculture, and also a detailed report about the current condition of global Floriculture. In the third part, details are given about the Integrated Crop Management of Floricultural Products and also the reasons that led to the adoption of this new Cultivation System. The foundation and the way that EUREP operates are described, along with the already applied EUREPGAP standard for Fruits and Vegetables in Europe and in Greece. In the fourth part the EUREPGAP Control Points and Compliance Criteria for Flower and Ornamentals are thoroughly presented. Furthermore, some information is given about the way that the EUREPGAP standard for Flower and Ornamentals is already applied in Europe as well as in the African continent. In the fifth and last part assumptions are made in order to give the ramifications for the possibilities of the EUREPGAP standard for Flower and Ornamentals future application, and the prospects of Greek Floriculture within the limits of such applicable quality systems.
